Teacher Training Institute of India (TTII) is a fast-growing EdTech organization focused on delivering high-quality teacher training programs. As part of our expansion, we are looking to strengthen our B2B sales and partnerships function.

Role Overview

The Business Development Executive – B2B will be responsible for driving institutional partnerships, generating qualified leads through B2B channels, and contributing to revenue growth through strategic tie-ups. The role requires strong relationship management, structured follow-ups, and a target-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with schools, training institutes, and organizations
  • Generate leads through B2B tie-ups and institutional collaborations
  • Drive admissions through partner channels and direct conversions
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups
  • Achieve monthly revenue and admission targets
  • Update and manage CRM systems with accurate data
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and enrollment
Candidate Profile
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales / business development
  • Proven ability to build partnerships and close deals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Highly target-oriented with disciplined follow-up practices
  • Experience in EdTech / education sector is an added advantage
