Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Kochi. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking within the construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors. Responsibilities include generating leads, qualifying prospects, conducting client meetings, and preparing proposals and quotations for elevator and escalator solutions. The role involves managing key accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. The Business Development Executive will also collaborate with technical and project teams, track market trends and competitor activities, and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Solid Account Management and client relationship skills to handle existing customers, maintain satisfaction, and drive repeat business.
  • Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of Business fundamentals, including sales processes, pricing, and basic commercial terms.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales; experience in elevators, construction, real estate, or related industries is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools for tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and travel locally to client sites as required.
