Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Kochi. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking within the construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors. Responsibilities include generating leads, qualifying prospects, conducting client meetings, and preparing proposals and quotations for elevator and escalator solutions. The role involves managing key accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. The Business Development Executive will also collaborate with technical and project teams, track market trends and competitor activities, and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
