Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Executive located in Bhopal. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client accounts, and fostering strong relationships with partners. Key daily tasks will include lead generation, client communication, account management, and driving strategic initiatives to meet and exceed business targets.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure new clients and market opportunities.
  • Strong foundation in Business and Account Management for fostering and maintaining lasting client relationships.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Proactive approach, problem-solving mindset, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Relevant experience in sales, business development, or account management is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
