Business Development Executive
Bhopal | Full-Time
We are seeking a high-calibre Business Development Executive to drive lead generation, qualification, and revenue growth within a structured B2B IT sales framework.
This role is suited for professionals who understand consultative selling, outbound execution, pipeline discipline, and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute LinkedIn + cold outreach campaigns
- Generate and qualify leads via LinkedIn, email, outbound research
- Build and manage a structured CRM-driven sales pipeline (HubSpot preferred)
- Qualify prospects based on need, budget, authority, and timeline
- Conduct discovery discussions confidently with senior decision-makers
- Create proposals and basic scope documents
- Follow up consistently and close smallmid size B2B deals
- Convert qualified opportunities into revenue growth
Must-Have Requirements
- 1.55 years of proven B2B IT sales / consultative business development experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills (English required)
- Hands-on outbound sales experience (cold outreach is mandatory)
- Ability to manage the end-to-end sales cycle independently
- Consistent track record of meeting targets and closing deals
- Performance-driven, target-oriented, with strong commercial acumen
- Structured thinking, accountability, and professional maturity
