Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Bhopal. The Business Development Executive will focus on generating new business opportunities through lead generation, fostering relationships with potential clients, and managing customer accounts. Additionally, responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, creating strategic plans to drive sales growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed business targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and secure opportunities
- Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in Business Strategy and Account Management, encompassing client relationship management and growth planning
- Sales-driven mindset, with demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Understanding of market trends and a proactive approach to explore new avenues for growth
- Organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in an on-site environment
