Protrainy is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar. The responsibilities include generating and developing leads, nurturing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and managing accounts to drive revenue. The role involves exploring new markets, creating strategic partnerships, and proposing innovative solutions to meet client needs and ensure business growth.

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and allocate opportunities.
• Experience in Business and Account Management to handle client relationships effectively and achieve revenue targets.
• Strong Communication skills to negotiate, present ideas, and convey business proposals clearly and professionally.
• Ability to build and implement strategic business initiatives and market outreach programs.
• Previous experience in the e-learning or engineering sector is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
