Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Bhubaneswar. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and fostering effective communication to maintain and enhance client relationships. The individual will also work on identifying market trends, promoting organizational growth, and achieving business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong understanding of Business and Account Management practices
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and analytics to track performance
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in a business development role is an advantage
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
