Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts to drive company growth. Key tasks include building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, analyzing market trends, and developing strategies to expand the company's client base. Collaboration with internal teams to align sales efforts with company goals will also be a critical part of this role.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong expertise in Business strategies and Account Management
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients and nurture professional relationships
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in sales or business development, particularly in the E-learning or education sector, is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desired

Salary:

INR 10,000 to INR 18,000 monthly
