Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The role includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and managing leads, building and nurturing client relationships, and creating strategies to achieve business growth. The individual will collaborate with key stakeholders to expand market opportunities and enhance client satisfaction through effective account management.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a focus on identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities
  • Strong Business acumen and ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives
  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present proposals and build lasting relationships with clients
  • Experience in Account Management with a track record of managing and growing client relationships
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other business tools is an advantage
  • Previous experience in the beverage or sustainability-focused industries is a plus
