The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue objectives for Avianta Group. The role encompasses lead generation, client acquisition, sales execution, institutional partnerships, and operational coordination across both aviation training services and travel & tourism solutions. The position demands high professionalism, strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and readiness for extensive travel.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Generate leads and acquire new clients for Avianta Airhostess Training Academy and Avianta Tours & Travels.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales, admissions, and revenue targets.
Conduct client meetings, negotiations, follow-ups, and professional presentations.
Promote training programs, career-oriented aviation courses, and customized travel solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual clients, corporate partners, educational institutions, and travel vendors.
Client Management & Coordination
Coordinate and manage client meetings from initiation to closure, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Prepare and present detailed proposals, itineraries, and customized tour package costings.
Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, MIS reports, and performance documentation.
Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction at all stages of engagement.
Institutional & Seminar Activities
Schedule seminars, workshops, and presentations with colleges, universities, and institutes.
Arrange meetings with Principals, Placement Officers, and academic coordinators.
Conduct seminars, workshops, training sessions, and awareness programs as assigned.
Represent Avianta Group professionally at educational, corporate, and promotional events.
Operational & Administrative Support
Function as an Assistant to the Director for operational, coordination, and administrative tasks.
Coordinate internal departments to ensure seamless execution of training programs, tours, and events.
Assist in planning and managing hotel conferences, corporate events, seminars, and travel arrangements.
Support management with documentation, scheduling, and business execution activities.
Travel & Mobility
Comfortable with extensive travel as an integral part of the role.
Willing to travel Pan-India and internationally based on company assignments.
Open to relocation within nearby or assigned operational jurisdictions.
Available for travel and official duties on a 247365 basis, subject to organizational requirements.
