We work with brands like Mondelez (Cadbury), Adani, Reliance, Hamleys, Sun Pharma, Arks, and Coca-Cola Company - delivering films, digital content, and campaigns that look premium and move fast using advanced post-production and AI-enabled workflows.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive. This is a new business acquisition role. You are expected to prospect actively, build relationships, and close opportunities - not wait for inbound leads or rely on referrals.

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities across video production, digital content, social retainers, and campaign films.
  • Actively prospecting via LinkedIn, email outreach, referrals, and industry research - consistently and independently.
  • Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline with clear next steps, follow-ups and forecasting.
  • Setting up meetings with brand managers, marketing heads, founders, and agency-side decision-makers.
  • Understanding client requirements and translating them into clear briefs for internal teams.
  • Creating tailored pitch decks, proposals, and costings in coordination with creative and production leads.
  • Managing negotiations, scope alignment, and closure discussions.
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing and past clients.
  • Tracking wins, losses, and learnings to improve conversion rates.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition preferably within an agency, production house, or creative services firm.
  • Ability to identify real opportunities, not just collect leads.
  • Proven ability to generate and close new business (not just support a senior BD).
  • Strong understanding of video production, digital marketing, and creative workflows.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfort with pricing discussions and basic negotiations.
  • Structured, proactive, and ownership-driven.

Please Note

  • This is a full-time, on-site role in Goregaon (East), Mumbai.
  • No WFH. No hybrid.
