Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Bhubaneswar. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities include initiating and driving business growth, evaluating market trends, preparing presentations, and working collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Business strategy and Account Management
  • Exceptional Communication skills for client engagement and presentations
  • Experience in building long-term client relationships and driving business growth
  • 12th or graduation degree needed.
  • Prior experience in fintech, financial services, or related industries is advantageous
