This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Thiruvananthapuram. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, and conduct lead generation activities through calls, meetings, events, and digital channels. The role includes presenting PenielTech's accounting and IT solutions to potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, and preparing proposals and quotations. The individual will manage client accounts, nurture long-term relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction. Regular reporting on sales activities, market trends, and competitor insights, as well as contributing to sales strategies and revenue targets, will be part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
