Responsibilities:
Reach Outs:
- Place outbound calls to potential students interested in enrolling in the UI/UX course.
- Generate leads through cold calling, database mining, and other prospecting techniques.
- Communicate effectively to articulate the benefits of our programs and answer queries.
Student Engagement:
- Respond to inquiries from potential students via email, chat, and social media platforms.
- Provide detailed information about the UI/UX course, admission criteria, and application process.
Follow-Up and Nurturing:
- Conduct follow-up communications with interested individuals to nurture leads and address any questions or concerns.
- Provide ongoing support to applicants throughout the enrollment journey.
Social Media Engagement:
- Manage and engage with the course's social media channels to provide information, updates, and answer queries.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that attracts prospective students.
- Play an active role in all marketing activities, including campaigns.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student inquiries, applications, and enrollment status.
- Generate reports on enrollment metrics and provide insights for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
Appointment Setting:
- Schedule appointments for interested individuals to visit or attend information sessions.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to facilitate a smooth enrollment process.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years proven experience as an academic counsellor or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Previous experience in education or training industry telecalling.
- Familiarity with the local educational landscape.
Additional Preferred Skill:
- Interest in Social Media Content Creation: Experience or enthusiasm for creating engaging content on social media platforms is a plus.
- Will have to connect with at least 10 to 12 colleges in a month and create opportunities with respect to career development workshops.
- Do admission calls for digital marketing online and offline.
