About The Role

We're looking for highly driven MBA graduates to kickstart their careers as Sales Account

Executives. In this role, you'll learn the ins and outs of B2B sales, support experienced

account managers, and build your skills by interacting with retail clients and showcasing the

power of our retail SaaS platform. This is a great opportunity for freshers looking to build a

strong foundation in SaaS sales and grow within a high-impact startup environment.

Responsibilities

ï‚

  • Role involves inside plus field sales

ï‚

  • Assist in setting up and participating in client calls, demos, and follow-ups

ï‚

  • Learn to articulate Pallet's value proposition and product features

ï‚

  • Help in preparing presentations, proposals, and pitch materials

ï‚

  • Maintain accurate customer data and interaction logs in CRM tools

ï‚

  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings

ï‚

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer

Success teams

ï‚

  • Shadow and learn from senior sales professionals to develop consultative

selling skills

Requirements

ï‚

  • MBA (Marketing/Sales or related specialization) from a recognized institution

ï‚

  • Strong interest in sales, tech, and the retail ecosystem

ï‚

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

ï‚

  • Self-driven, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

ï‚

  • Basic understanding of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus

ï‚

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
