About the Role

We are looking for driven Business Development Executives to expand our network of hotel partners in India and beyond. Your core responsibility will be to onboard hotels onto our platform and sell our suite of solutions including PMS, Booking Engine, Property Listings, and Training Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard hotels, resorts, and homestays

  • Present and sell MyTravaly's products: PMS, Booking Engine, Listings, and Training

  • Build strong relationships with hotel owners, managers, and decision-makers

  • Conduct product demos and explain business value clearly

  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and report progress regularly
  • Coordinate with onboarding and support teams for smooth partner activation

Requirements

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in hospitality, SaaS, or travel tech

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Comfortable with field sales and client meetings

  • Basic understanding of hotel operations or willingness to learn quickly

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented

  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
