Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role located in Bengaluru for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying opportunities for new business development, generating and nurturing leads, managing client accounts, and building long-term relationships with stakeholders. The incumbent will also oversee market research and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with the company's growth objectives.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong expertise in Business strategies and Account Management
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and teams
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address business opportunities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and market research methods is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
  • Relevant industry experience is an advantage but not mandatory
