Job Description

Corefactors is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who understands how CRM systems drive sales efficiency and revenue growth. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospects, and contributing directly to business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound channels.
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline within the CRM system.
  • Execute outbound strategies including LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and cold calling.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for lead qualification and campaign follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM.
  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Participate in industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
  • Be open to travel for client meetings when required.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in the SaaS or CRM domain).
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms, sales pipelines, and lead management processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to conduct consultative selling and business discovery.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting, cold outreach, and email engagement.
  • Self-driven with strong ownership and accountability.

Preferred

  • Experience selling CRM or SaaS solutions.
  • Exposure to B2B sales cycles and enterprise prospecting.
  • Understanding of sales and marketing automation tools.
