Business Development Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, managing client accounts, developing relationships with potential customers, and driving growth for the company. Responsibilities also include collaborating closely with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals.

• Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, attract, and secure potential clients
• Strong Account Management and Business acumen to maintain and expand relationships with existing clients
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
• Ability to meet targets and deadlines with a results-driven mindset
• Relevant experience in the painting, polishing, or home improvement industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work independently
