Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring effective service delivery. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a basic understanding of labour law compliance, and a willingness to work in field sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and lead generation activities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business association
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients
  • Support clients with basic information related to labour law compliance and services offered
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate deals, and close business transactions
  • Keep track of market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of labour law compliance (preferred)
  • Good client handling and relationship management skills
  • Ability to generate leads and convert them into business
  • Self-motivated and target-driven approach
  • Willingness to travel and work in field sales

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred)

Experience:

  • Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in sales/business development
