Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring effective service delivery. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a basic understanding of labour law compliance, and a willingness to work in field sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and lead generation activities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business association
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients
- Support clients with basic information related to labour law compliance and services offered
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate deals, and close business transactions
- Keep track of market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of labour law compliance (preferred)
- Good client handling and relationship management skills
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into business
- Self-motivated and target-driven approach
- Willingness to travel and work in field sales
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred)
Experience:
- Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in sales/business development
