Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Business Development Executive. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and managing key accounts. The role demands strategizing to achieve sales targets and contributing to the company's overall growth.
Qualifications
Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation activities
Identify and secure high-footfall locations (offices, hospitals, schools, factories, malls, hostels, and commercial spaces).
Evaluate sites based on footfall, space availability.
Negotiate deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for machine installation and launch.
Maintain relationships with partners and identify opportunities for expansion.
Track leads, agreements, and provide regular updates on acquisition progress.
Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
Experience in Account Management, with a focus on developing long-term client relationships
Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Adaptability to work on-site in Mumbai.
Candidates with sales experience in the following fields are preferred:
Insurance / Policy Sales
Real Estate / Property Acquisition
B2B or Field Sales
FMCG / Retail Expansion
