We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to focus on closing deals and building brand relationships. Strategically pairing brands with the right creators is a core part of this role. Ownership of the complete partnership cycle is required; from onboarding brands to driving recurring revenue through meaningful collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new brands onto the platform.
- Match brands with high-performing creators based on campaign goals.
- Pitch, negotiate, and close partnership deals.
- Drive recurring revenue through strong account management.
- Maintain an active and healthy sales pipeline.
- Build long-term brandcreator relationships that deliver results.
Requirements
- 25 years of experience in business development, brand partnerships, or influencer marketing.
- Sales-driven mindset with a comfort for meeting and exceeding targets.
- Strong closing skills with confidence in pitching and negotiating deals.
- Ability to nurture partnerships and build relationships beyond the initial deal.
