Pioneer Media Labs is looking for a driven, confident, and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

We are a fast-moving branding, web design, and UI/UX agency, and we are now ready to take a bigger leap in the market. We are looking for someone who can contribute to our growth across both domestic and international markets, build strong client relationships, and convert quality opportunities into business.

Experience Required: 2 to 4 Years

Salary: No bar for the right candidate

Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives for target achievement

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in lead generation and business development
• Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound lead generation
• Confidence in handling the first call process with leads
• Ability to identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients
• Strong communication, pitching, and follow-up skills
• Hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a must
• Experience in working on domestic as well as international market outreach
• Experience in service selling related to branding, website design/development, and UI/UX services will be highly preferred
• Candidate with a proven track record of target achievement and business closures

Key responsibilities:

• Generate quality leads from domestic and international markets
• Manage outbound and inbound lead generation activities
• Handle first-level prospect communication and discovery calls
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Coordinate with the internal team for proposals and requirement understanding
• Drive business growth through strategic prospecting and relationship building
