Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve business targets in the plastic industry.
  • Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and sales opportunities.
  • Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
  • Participate in industry events and exhibitions to expand network and brand visibility.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management in the plastic or industrial sector.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Target-driven with the ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
  • Knowledge of the plastic industry, products, and market dynamics is preferred.
  • Based in Ahmedabad or willing to travel within the region for client visits.
