About ODE Consultants

ODE Consultants is a growing engineering and BIM services company providing Building Services, MEP, BIM Modeling, Coordination, Drafting, and Engineering Support solutions to clients across multiple sectors including Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Data Centres, Industrial, and Infrastructure projects.

We work with international clients and are looking to expand our presence in the UK, Ireland, Europe, and North American markets.

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Business Development Executive to help identify new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients, and support the company's growth initiatives in international markets.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with research, outreach, networking, lead generation, and client communication. Prior experience in engineering, construction, BIM, architecture, or technical services industries will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify potential clients in the UK, Ireland, Europe, and North American markets.
  • Research companies, consultants, contractors, architects, engineers, and developers that may require BIM and engineering support services.
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, industry databases, online platforms, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Initiate contact through emails, LinkedIn messages, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
  • Schedule introductory meetings for senior management.
  • Maintain and update lead databases, CRM records, and sales pipelines.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
  • Assist in preparing capability statements, presentations, and business proposals.
  • Represent the company professionally during client interactions and online networking activities.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • 3 - 8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written English for professional client communication.
  • Experience using LinkedIn, CRM systems, email campaigns, and online research tools.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Comfortable speaking with international clients.
  • Experience in BIM, Construction, Architecture, Engineering, MEP, or Technical Services industries is preferred but not mandatory.
