Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: Work from Office

Ezyschooling is a leading EdTech platform helping parents discover, compare, and apply to the best schools across India. We simplify the school admission process through technology, transparency, and expert guidance.

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Executives who can connect with parents/schools, build relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1.Close potential clients through field or cold visits, B2B sales, follow-ups, and meeting the client in person.

2.Explain Ezyschooling's services and offerings to schools.

3.Convert leads into successful closures and partnerships.

4.Build and maintain strong client relationships.

5.Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

6.Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.

7.Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support.

8.Handle client queries and provide excellent customer experience

Requirements

1.Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi

2.Strong convincing and negotiation abilities

3.Basic understanding of sales, counselling, or business development

4.Comfortable with calling and follow-ups

5.Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset.

6.Knowledge of CRM tools/MS Excel is a plus

7.Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply

-Preferred Qualifications

1.Bachelor's degree in any field

2.1-3 years of experience in Sales / EdTech / Counselling / Business Development.

3.Experience in B2B or B2C sales will be an added advantage
