Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Pune. The role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing lead generation efforts, and building strong relationships with prospective clients. The Business Development Executive will oversee account management, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. This professional will also collaborate with internal teams to craft strategies to expand the business and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • New Business Development and skilled in identifying potential opportunities within target markets.
  • Strong Lead Generation and prospecting skills to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Thorough understanding of Business and Account Management practices to effectively maintain and grow client relationships.
  • Excellent Communication skills for building and maintaining professional relationships and collaborating with teams.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute effectively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
  • Freshers are welcome

Salary: 10-15k + Incentive
