Job Description

We are looking for a hungry, self-driven Business Development Executive who can find the right people, have the right conversations, and convert them into long-term clients. You will be responsible for end-to-end outbound sales — from building your prospect list to closing your first pilot engagement.

This is not a role for someone who waits for leads to come in. This is a role for someone who enjoys the hunt.

What You Will Do

  • Build and qualify prospect lists from scratch using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AISC directories, ENR rankings, job boards, and industry databases
  • Make 50–80 outbound calls per day to Detailing Managers, BIM Managers, VDC Directors, and VP Engineering contacts at GCs and subcontractors
  • Run discovery calls, understand client pain points, and position NeevIQ's services as the right solution
  • Send tailored outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone — not templated blasts
  • Follow up persistently and professionally across multi-touch sequences
  • Submit proposals, walk clients through scope, and close pilot engagements
  • Maintain a clean, fully updated CRM with every contact, call outcome, and next step logged
  • Collaborate with the founder and growth lead on account strategy and market feedback

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in AEC, BIM/VDC services (US region).
  • Proven track record of outbound prospecting — someone who has built their own pipeline, not just worked inbound leads
  • Comfortable making high volumes of cold calls without losing energy or personalization
  • Strong written communication — capable of writing sharp, contextual emails and LinkedIn messages that get replies
  • Ability to understand technical services quickly and translate them into client-relevant conversations
  • Self-organised, CRM-disciplined, and comfortable working against clear weekly activity targets
  • Exposure to BIM, Tekla, Revit, or construction coordination is a strong plus — not mandatory if the hunger to learn is there
