We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive with relevant experience in selling IT services and digital solutions.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Pune, offering a combination of in-office and remote work.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and outbound prospecting
  • Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls
  • Pitch digital transformation services including UI/UX, Website Development, Performance Marketing, SEO, and related technology solutions
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams for proposals
  • Prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure
  • Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline hygiene
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT services sales or digital agency sales
  • Strong understanding of web design, development, performance marketing, or tech solutions
  • Experience in B2B sales and consultative selling
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to interact with founders, CXOs, and marketing heads
  • Strong lead generation and follow-up skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
  • Experience working with international clients
  • Comfortable handling longer sales cycles, proposal-based selling, and client coordination

Preferred (Good To Have)

  • Understanding of AI-based solutions
  • Existing network in startups, D2C brands, or SMEs
  • Immediate joiners
