Salary: Up to 30,000/month (Based on interview performance)
Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
- Market Research: Analyze trends, competitors, and new market opportunities.
- Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Conduct contract negotiations to ensure long-term, win-win partnerships.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams (technical, recruitment, and operations) to ensure excellent client delivery.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, or related field. (MBA is a plus)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in business development within IT services, Oracle consulting, web development, or BPO.
Skills:
Strong understanding of IT services and BPO operations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software
Experience in B2B sales and recruitment services
Self-motivated and team-oriented
