We're Hiring: Telesales Executive (B2B Sales)

Location:Hyderabad, India (On-site)

Salary:Upto 6 LPA (plus performance-based incentives up to 20% of base salary)

Experience:35 years in B2B Sales / Telesales / Inside Sales (UK & US client experience preferred)

Working Hours:09:00 AM 06:00 PM (GMT)

Qualification:Graduate BBA / BCom / MBA (preferred)

As part of our continued growth, we're expanding ourIndia-based sales teamand looking for an experienced and motivatedTelesales Executive (B2B)to connect with UK customers, promote our product portfolio, and support our commercial team in driving growth.

Purpose of the Role:

TheTelesales Executivewill drive new and repeat business by engaging B2B customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and promoting suitable products and offers.

This role requires a confident communicator with strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet performance targets in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential B2B customers (restaurants, cafes, retailers, wholesalers).
  • Promote and upsell OTR Direct's FMCG and frozen food product range.
  • Identify customer requirements and offer suitable product solutions or promotions.
  • Follow up on quotations, leads, and repeat orders to achieve monthly targets.

Pipeline & Performance Management

  • Maintain accurate and updated customer data in CRM (Zoho preferred).
  • Achieve weekly and monthly call, conversion, and revenue KPIs.
  • Track and report daily activity, pipeline status, and conversions.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Handle queries professionally and escalate issues when needed.
  • Gather customer feedback to support product and service improvements.

  • Who You Are:

    35 years of proven experience inB2B telesales / inside sales / client engagementroles

    Experience working withUK or US clients(strong advantage)

    Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English

    Confident in handling objections and closing deals over the phone

    Highly motivated, target-driven, and self-disciplined

    Proficient inCRM tools (Zoho preferred)and MS Office

    Comfortable working withUK business hours (09:00 AM 06:00 PM GMT)

    Graduate BBA preferred
