Market Disc unifies consent-first audience data, an AI-powered TAM Intelligence Engine, and precision-led 1:1 engagement across multiple channels. A proprietary Ready-to-Switch Index (RSI) pinpoints high-conversion accounts ready for outreach, while opportunity development teams use campaign-specific custom GPTs to conduct technically informed conversations and deeper discovery of buyer needs. This approach supports sharper qualification and higher-impact business outcomes for clients.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in the Pune Division. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing a sales pipeline, and supporting revenue growth for the company's B2B marketing and sales solutions. Day-to-day activities include researching target accounts, generating and following up on leads, conducting discovery calls, and presenting Market Disc's value proposition to prospective clients. The role involves close collaboration with marketing, opportunity development, and account management teams to align outreach efforts with campaigns and client objectives. The Business Development Executive will also maintain accurate records in CRM systems, prepare regular performance reports, and continuously refine outreach strategies based on data and feedback.
Qualifications
  • Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with experience prospecting and qualifying opportunities in B2B markets.
  • Solid understanding of business fundamentals and commercial acumen, with the ability to align solutions to client needs and growth objectives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver clear, tailored pitches and handle discovery conversations.
  • Proven account management capabilities, including relationship building, stakeholder management, and ongoing client engagement.
  • Experience working with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms; comfort using data and analytics to prioritize and refine outreach.
  • Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage time and targets independently.
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS, marketing services, or technology-driven sales environments is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
