Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing Sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, lead generation, corporate communication, and consultative selling. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, connecting with HR/L&D decision-makers, understanding client requirements, and promoting iSkillBox's corporate training and learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, references, and market research.
  • Connect with HR Heads, L&D Managers, Training Managers, and business leaders to understand their learning and training requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing corporate clients.
  • Present iSkillBox's training solutions, including corporate training, technical programs, soft skills, leadership training, e-learning, LMS, coaching, and assessment solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, trainer profiles, course outlines, and customized learning solutions.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and support closure of business opportunities.
  • Track leads, sales pipeline, client interactions, and daily/weekly progress.
  • Understand market trends, competitor activities, and client needs in the L&D and corporate training space.
  • Support revenue targets through consistent business development efforts.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or cold calling.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in speaking with corporate clients and decision-makers.
  • Basic understanding of LinkedIn, lead generation tools, email communication, and CRM/pipeline tracking.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and target-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as with the team.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and hunger to grow in B2B sales.
