Company Overview

OptByte is looking for a highly confident and fluent English-speaking International Cold Caller to connect with prospective clients across global markets. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound cold calls, engage decision-makers, generate interest in our services, and schedule qualified meetings for the Sales Team.

We are seeking candidates with exceptional spoken English, strong communication skills, and the ability to confidently interact with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the US, UK, Australia, Africa, and other international markets.

* Introduce OptByte's software and technology services to potential clients.

* Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders.

* Generate interest and schedule qualified meetings for the Sales Team.

* Maintain call records and follow-up activities.

* Meet daily and weekly call targets.

* Handle objections professionally and confidently.

* Build positive relationships with prospects through effective communication.

Mandatory Requirements

* Excellent spoken English with a clear and professional communication style.

* Strong confidence in handling international client conversations.

* Prior experience in cold calling, telecalling, lead generation, or appointment setting.

* Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

* Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.

* Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience calling international clients.

* Experience in B2B cold calling.

* Basic understanding of software, IT services, or technology solutions.

* Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.

Working Hours
