Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Noida. The Business Development Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage a robust sales pipeline, and drive lead generation through research, outreach, and networking. Responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, understanding their lighting and energy efficiency needs, presenting IKIO's product portfolio and services, and preparing proposals and quotations. The role will manage ongoing relationships with key accounts, coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, and finance) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction, and track sales metrics and market trends.
