Job Role:
- Bachelor's degree Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of IT services and ability to translate technical language to business value
- Proven experience in client acquisition, project pitching, and proposal writing.
- A proactive approach with a passion for design, innovation, technology trends. and competitor offerings to develop strategic business plans.
- Hands on experience with CRM and sales tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales navigator, Zoho, HubSpot, Sales force, Fiber, Good Firm, Ziniq).
- Experience in preparing proposals, SOWs, and project pitches.
- Familiarity with dedicated hiring / offshore resource hiring models.
- Expertise inoutbound and inside sales processes.
Good To Have
- Experience working with international clients (US, UK, or Middle East).
- Prior exposure to platforms like Apolo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or agency partnerships.
