We are looking for aself-motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Executiveto drive our lead generation activities and drive pipeline growth for our Data and AI services. This is a role for someone who understandsB2B selling in the IT services ecosystem, can build structure around outbound programs, and can directly contribute to pipeline creation by combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Pipeline Ownership
- Own the strategy to identify, qualify, and engage prospects across the USA.
- Build and refine multi-channel outbound campaigns using Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CallHippo or any other research, email and calling tools.
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with target personas and industry verticals.
Team Enablement
- Mentor the lead generation team to achieve weekly and monthly targets.
- Create messaging for channels and performance KPIs.
Prospecting & Outreach
- Personally manage key outbound activities including email, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
- Engage with senior decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, VPs, Directors) to position Inferenz's Data and AI offerings.
- Use research tools (like Perplexity, ChatGPT, and LinkedIn) to personalize outreach.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign and team performance metrics (email engagement, meetings booked, MQL to SQL conversion, etc.).
- Present weekly progress reports and insights to leadership.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Research and identify new industry segments and accounts with high potential.
- Stay current on trends in Data, AI, and Analytics services to fine-tune targeting and messaging.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 58 years of experience inB2B business development, inside sales, or lead generation, ideally withinIT services, consulting, or SaaS.
- Proven track record of generating and converting outbound leads in international markets.
- Hands-on expertise with tools such asApollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and cold outreach platforms.
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
- Strong analytical ability to measure, optimize, and scale outreach performance.
- Highly self-driven with the ability to operate independently and lead by example.
