Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with 1 year of experience in lead generation or client acquisitionpreferably in recruitment, staffing, HR, or BPO.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify, pitch, and onboard new recruitment clients in the USA and UK regions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
Identify and target potential clients in USA & UK for recruitment and staffing services.
Generate leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, job boards, networking, and research.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline for full-time and part-time hiring opportunities.
Sales & Business Growth
Pitch Vizva's recruitment solutions to HR Heads, Hiring Managers, and Founders.
Conduct intro calls, capability presentations, and requirement discussions.
Convert leads into clients and ensure smooth onboarding.
Account Coordination
Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to fulfill client requirements.
Maintain long-term client relationships and secure repeat business.
Reporting & Documentation
Track daily outreach, follow-ups, and interactions.
Submit weekly reports on pipeline and closures.
Maintain CRM and database accuracy.
Required Skills
1 year of experience in BD, Lead Generation, or Sales (preferably staffing/recruitment).
Strong verbal & written communication skills for USA/UK audiences.
Hands-on experience in LinkedIn prospecting, cold emailing, and cold calling.
Understanding of recruitment processes and job roles.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proactive, self-driven, and strong in follow-ups.
Shift & Work Mode
Shift: US/UK shift (as per business requirement)
Work Mode: On-site at Westgate Business Bay, Ahmedabad
Education
Bachelor's degree in any stream.
