Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Indore. The Business Development Executive will identify and generate new business opportunities, successfully manage client accounts, and build relationships to foster business growth. Duties include creating and implementing strategic plans, leading discussions with potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to meet company objectives and provide tailored solutions to clients needs.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong understanding of Business and Account Management practices
  • Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role is an advantage
