Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive B2B sales, lead generation, market expansion, and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities (B2B / distributor / project sales)
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients
- Manage and grow key accounts and channel partners
- Build relationships with contractors, retailers, architects, and industrial clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, and Lead Generation
- Proven ability in Account Management and Client Relationship Building
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
- Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of industrial products, construction chemicals, epoxy, or coatings is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ahmedabad-based preferred
