Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-drivenBusiness Development Executive (BDE)to manage client interactions, generate new business opportunities, coordinate recruitment feedback for IT & Non-IT profiles, and support invoicing activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in client relationship management and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1) Client Interaction & Coordination
- Act as a single point of contact for clients regardingIT & Non-IT recruitment requirements
- Share candidate profiles with clients andfollow up for interview feedback
- Communicate client feedback clearly and promptly to the internal recruitment team
- Maintain healthy and long-term relationships with existing clients
2) Business Development & Lead Generation
- Generatenew client leadsthrough calls, emails, LinkedIn, job portals, and networking
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into active clients
- Maintain and update client and lead databases regularly
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with potential clients
3) Documentation & Invoicing Support
- Prepare and maintainclient invoices, billing documents, and MIS reports
- Ensure timely sharing of invoices and follow-ups for payments
- Coordinate with finance/accounts team for invoice accuracy and closure
4) Reporting & Process Support
- Track client feedback, interview status, and closures
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, clients, feedback, and revenue
- Support management with data related to business growth and recruitment performance
5) Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or any relevant field
- Experience inIT / Non-IT recruitment sales or staffing industry(preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of recruitment processes
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Email communication, and CRM tools
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
6) Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
- Experience in staffing, consultancy, or recruitment firms
- Knowledge of billing cycles and client invoicing
- Exposure to LinkedIn Sales Navigator / Job Portals / Apollo
