Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive B2B sales, lead generation, market expansion, and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities (B2B / distributor / project sales)
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients
  • Manage and grow key accounts and channel partners
  • Build relationships with contractors, retailers, architects, and industrial clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution
  • Maintain CRM records and sales reports

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, and Lead Generation
  • Proven ability in Account Management and Client Relationship Building
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
  • Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of industrial products, construction chemicals, epoxy, or coatings is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ahmedabad-based preferred
