Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive, based in Surat with the flexibility for partial work from home. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and managing leads, building strong client relationships, and managing key accounts. The executive will collaborate with internal teams, provide tailored solutions to clients, and contribute to achieving the company's business growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation to effectively identify and pursue opportunities.
  • Background in Business and Account Management to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to identify market trends and develop innovative strategies.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team in a hybrid work environment.
  • Prior experience in real estate or related industries is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and understanding of market research processes is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
