About the Role

We are looking for a high-ownership Business Development Executive to drive new revenue for Lystloc's B2B SaaS platform. This role involves owning the end-to-end sales cycle, from pipeline generation to closure, targeting SMB and mid-market businesses. This is a quota-carrying role suited for individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment and are comfortable managing both inbound and outbound sales motions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Own and drive the complete sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demo, trial management, negotiation, and closure
  2. Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets and conversion metrics
  3. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline (3–4x of quota) through a mix of inbound and outbound efforts
  4. Actively generate opportunities via cold outreach, networking, and referrals
  5. Ensure successful trial execution and conversion to paid customers
  6. Maintain high CRM hygiene by accurately tracking all deals, activities, and customer interactions
  7. Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Product, and Marketing teams to improve win rates
  8. Provide accurate weekly forecasts and pipeline visibility to leadership

What We're Looking For

  1. 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (mandatory)
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  3. Experience in handling end-to-end sales cycles (not just lead generation)
  4. Strong ability to engage with decision-makers and senior stakeholders
  5. Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Freshsales, or Salesforce
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  7. High level of ownership, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
