About Us

We are a leading fertility and gynecology hospital committed to providing advanced reproductive healthcare, fertility treatments, maternity, and women's wellness services for over 2 decades. We are expanding our Business Development and Marketing team and are looking for a dynamic young professional to drive patient acquisition and referral development in the domestic market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promptly respond to inquiries received through website, social media platforms, WhatsApp, telephone calls, and other digital channels.
  • Counsel prospective patients regarding fertility and women's healthcare services and guide them through the appointment process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with gynecologists, family physicians, infertility specialists, and healthcare providers for patient referrals.
  • Plan and conduct medical camps, awareness programs, CME activities, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the digital marketing team to ensure timely follow-up of leads and conversion opportunities.
  • Track lead pipelines, referral sources, and patient conversions through CRM systems.
  • Regularly visit clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals to strengthen referral networks.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly patient acquisition and business development targets.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitors, referral trends, and emerging opportunities.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, hospital business development, pharmaceutical sales, fertility, maternity, or diagnostic services.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel locally and conduct field-based business development activities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with hospitals, fertility centers, maternity hospitals, diagnostics, or specialty healthcare services.
  • Existing network among gynecologists, fertility specialists, and healthcare providers will be an advantage.
