Roles & Responsibilities.

Business Development personnel will be responsible for generating an Information Technology (IT) clientele base for Trained Fresher of KodNest and promote success in branding KodNest & its training service to the Indian market. The Business Development is responsible for obtaining new customers and managing strategic customer relationships in regions PAN India.

The Business Development at KodNest has focused on client & Client (Student) satisfaction. The BD will promote KodNest in the market and will build relationships with IT clients and IT Services partners promoting KodNest's brand and service offerings.

Its three main objectives are:

1. Customer Relationships

2. Business Development

3. Placements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities from IT clients in the all-over Domestic Market.

Develop and manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation, proposal presentation, and meeting to closing clients and further farming the account.

Responsible for generating, maintaining and managing strong relationships with the client and fulfilling client Fresher's hiring needs within minimal time.

Responsible for client acquisitions for Trained Fresher, as well manage the account independently.

Accountable for all Fresher requirements via extending support for acquiring concerned JD & Contract with the Client etc.

Maximized business potential from existing clients and did the research for new clients.

Act as the primary interface between the company and the client on all matters including account performance, delivery, and any agreements.

Handle daily activities which include client handling, escalations, deliveries and team management.

Continuous improvement of client & customer relationship management.

Ensure continuous client satisfaction related to quality control checks and compliance requirements.

Handle Mega Drive / Events for Fresher's and ensure successful co-ordination and satisfaction to client.

Generate report on monthly/ Quarterly / Yearly on Requirement shared / Drive Conducted / Placed students.
