Role Overview
We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development professional who can drive client acquisition, build strong relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, field execution, and client-facing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers
- Understand client requirements and propose customized service solutions
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth onboarding and execution
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing benchmarks
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 15 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably in services or manpower industry)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of B2B sales cycles
- Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools

- Experience in Facility Management / Staffing / Services industry
- Comfortable with field sales and client meetings
