Role Overview

We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development professional who can drive client acquisition, build strong relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, field execution, and client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized service solutions
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Coordinate with operations team for smooth onboarding and execution
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing benchmarks
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 15 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably in services or manpower industry)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
  • Good understanding of B2B sales cycles
  • Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in Facility Management / Staffing / Services industry
  • Comfortable with field sales and client meetings
  • Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
