Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy Inside Sales professional with a strong B2B demand generation background. This role will focus on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and setting up qualified meetings with enterprise clients, including Fortune 1000 organizations.

The ideal candidate should be target-driven, confident in communication, and experienced in building sales pipelines through cold outreach and structured follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound calling campaigns to generate qualified leads (QALs) across enterprise accounts
  • Identify, prospect, and engage decision-makers through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify leads based on business needs, budgets, timelines, and decision-making criteria
  • Schedule qualified meetings and appointments for the sales team
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure consistent funnel progression
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline updates in CRM (preferably Salesforce)
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls, meetings, and qualified opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development (B2B environment)
  • Strong experience in lead generation and cold calling campaigns
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Exposure to enterprise or international markets preferred
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Target-oriented with a proactive and resilient attitude

Good to Have

  • Experience in selling services/solutions (learning, SaaS, consulting, etc.)
  • Exposure to global markets (US/UK/APAC)
