Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching company services, handling client communication, and contributing to overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, networking, and meetings.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Present and explain company services and programs to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular communication with leads.
  • Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth client onboarding and execution.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Confidence in client handling and relationship management.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Experience in the education or ed-tech sector is a plus.
