Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by selling staffing and recruitment solutions to clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent client relationship skills, and a solid understanding of the staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the staffing and recruitment sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (HR managers, hiring managers, executives) in client organizations.
  • Sell staffing solutions including temporary, permanent, contract, and project-based staffing services.
  • Understand client hiring needs and collaborate with internal recruitment teams to deliver customized workforce solutions.
  • Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and face-to-face meetings to build a strong pipeline of prospects.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and labor market conditions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1+ years preferred) in staffing sales, recruitment sales, or business development within the staffing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of different staffing models (contract, temp-to-hire, direct hire, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
